Order Online

Use our convenient online shopping cart to purchase Acadiana Outfitters products for yourself or as memorable gifts for family and friends.

Shortly after submitting your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the details of your purchase. We recommend that you print this confirmation in case you need to reference your order in the future.

Shipping Options

Standard orders are shipped from our New Iberia Distribution Center each week Monday - Friday. In some cases, products may be shipped direct from the manufacturer. In these cases, shipping will normally occur within 5-7 business days.

Please allow 3-5 days additional production time for personalized orders.

Shipping charges are based on merchandise subtotals for items shipped to each separate address. (Refer to Shipping Charges table.)

The following shipping options are available to the lower 48 states:

• Standard Ground – Average delivery within three business days after order is shipped
• 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed delivery within two business days after order is shipped
• Next Day Air – Guaranteed delivery by end of the next  business day after order is shipped
• Special Delivery Option – Adult signature will be required for delivery. This feature will add $4.00 to the shipping rate.

* Ship times to Alaska and Hawaii are longer.

* At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are additional to merchandise prices, and based on the value of merchandise shipment to each different address. (See Chart below.)

Shipping rates cover normal delivery within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is available at additional cost.

Order Delivery

We guarantee that your merchandise will arrive in excellent condition to the correct street addresses you provide. Delivery services will not forward shipments. Please carefully check accuracy of address(es) provided to us. We're sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.

Merchandise Returns

For prompt and efficient return processing, please follow these three easy steps:

1. Place item in original box along with packing slip received with your order (or photocopy).

2. Seal box securely and write your name and address clearly on OUTSIDE of box.

3. Address return shipment to:

4. Ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx so shipment can be tracked, if necessary. Please DO NOT SHIP returned merchandise via United States Postal Service (USPS.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Merchandise personalized with icons or embroidery cannot be returned for exchange or credit.

Merchandise Substitutions

Occasionally, and only when necessary, we may substitute items of equal or greater value in order not to disappoint you or your gift recipients. As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

If you’re not satisfied in every respect with your Acadiana Outfitters purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace the merchandise or issue a credit for merchandise value, whichever you prefer.
